The Rittenhouse String Quartet, Ensembles and Orchestras is comprised of Philadelphia's top freelance musicians, who perform with the Philly Pops, Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia, The Opera Company of Philadelphia and the Pa Ballet in addition to their performances with RSQ.

Chamber ensembles are available for private events and parties as well as recitals/accompaniment concerts, recording sessions and educational assemblies and residencies. Ensemble sizes can range from a duo to full orchestra, and can include the full orchestral range of instruments. RSQ has performed a wide range of genres and will be sure the musicians best suited for your event will be engaged. The core of RSQ musicians all participated in the recording of the demo CD, and were interchanged to exemplify that all of the RSQ musicians are of equal calibre. Corporate Events
The Rittenhouse String Quartet and Ensembles has enjoyed longstanding relationships with many corporations and event planners who rely on consistency and excellence for their special events.

When performing for corporate events, RSQ members are sensitive to the fact that timing is not an exact science. The musicians arrive well in advance in case the event is running ahead of schedule, and will be prepared for possible overtime, should your event run behind. Timing of breaks can be coordinated with speeches or presentations, and continuous music is available with prior planning.

Music can be all classical or can include a mix of popular and easily-listenable classical music. Special musical requests or combinations of instruments are available, and mixing ensembles for a cocktail hour and dinner is also possible. More contemporary music with keyboard and bass is also an option, based upon availability.

A non-playing representative will be happy to meet you at your Center City event venue for planning prior to your event. Corporate events are customized to suit your budget, interest and venue, and are not limited to the options on the demo CD.
